Product Overview

HFW Serrated Fin Tube made from ASTM A312 TP347H stainless steel is engineered for use in power plant systems, especially in economizers, superheaters, and convection sections where high temperatures and corrosive environments are common. The serrated fin design enhances turbulent flow, significantly improving heat transfer efficiency.

The fins are high-frequency welded (HFW) onto the base tube, ensuring a strong metallurgical bond capable of withstanding vibration, thermal cycling, and pressure fluctuations in thermal power plants.
