It is designed to pierce the skin, subcutaneous tissue, and the wall of a peripheral vein to facilitate the introduction of a plastic cannula or the direct administration of fluids, medications, or blood products. The fine polished triple Bevelled tip facilitate smoother IV Cannula Insertion and reduce the pain when administrating.
