ASME SA312 TP310S (UNS S31008) is a high-alloy austenitic heat-resistant stainless steel seamless tube manufactured according to ASME SA312/SA312M standards. It is suitable for high-temperature and generally corrosive environments. The core positioning of this product is "a dedicated seamless tube solution for high-temperature furnace tube applications in industries such as petrochemicals, heat treatment, and power generation." With its high chromium content of 24.0%-26.0% and high nickel content of 19.0%-22.0%, TP310S forms a dense Cr₂O₃ oxide layer protective film in high-temperature oxidizing environments, exhibiting superior high-temperature stability compared to conventional 304/316 stainless steel grades.
 
Core Applications: Petrochemical industry applications include cracking furnace tubes/conversion furnace tubes, heat treatment furnace radiant tubes, boiler superheater tubes, heat exchanger tubes, as well as thermocouple protection tubes, carburizing furnace muffle tanks, and other high-temperature load-bearing and heat-corrosion resistant applications.
